Sabrina Carpenter, the 25-year-old singer behind the hit single “Espresso,” made her catwalk debut at Vogue World: Paris on June 23. The event, hosted by Cara Delevingne, celebrated the intersection of fashion and sports, with each decade paying homage to a sport and a French designer or fashion house.
Carpenter’s look was a perfect fit for the 1940s aquatics tribute, featuring a red and white striped swimsuit with a matching sarong over it. She completed her look with a red and white striped scarf tied over her blonde locks and little red heels. The singer looked to be having a ball as she strutted through the plaza, surrounded by other performers and show-goers, including Ashley Park, Olivia Munn, Diane Kruger, and more.
Joining Carpenter in showcasing the aquatics theme were Kate Upton and Barbara Palvin. While Palvin wore a striped look, Upton opted for a tied-off Miu Miu button-down and a ruffled skirt.
This year’s Vogue World event marks the third in the series since the publication’s first show at New York Fashion Week in 2022. Last year’s Vogue World: London featured a glamorous night at the theater, with a then-pregnant Sienna Miller and a supermodel reunion featuring Cindy Crawford, Christy Turlington, Linda Evangelista, and Naomi Campbell.
