ISLAMABAD – The government has lowered the prices of petrol and high-speed diesel (HSD) by Rs10.20 and Rs2.33 for consumers, passing on relief of international prices for June 2024.
An update shared by Prime Minister Office said Petrol price moved down by Rs10.20 per liter and HSD by Rs2.33 per liter.

Ministry of Finance is yet to issue notification about new peetrol price
In last two weeks, international prices for petrol and HSD have fallen by about $3.75 and $2.7 per barrel, respectively.This reduction is in addition to a previous decline of about $12 per barrel for petrol and $8 per barrel for HSD over the prior two bi-weekly reviews.
Consequently, the price of petrol has decreased to just over $90 per barrel from around $94 per barrel, while the price of HSD has dropped to $95 from $98 per barrel.
