Pakistani forces kill six terrorists in KP operations: ISPR

RAWALPINDI – Security forces have killed at least six militants in two different intelligence-based operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Army’s media wing Inter-Services Public Relations ISPR said six terrorists were in two separate intelligence-based operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).

Forces conducted first operation in Dera Ismail Khan District on the reported presence of terrorists. Five militants were neutralised by security forces.

The second operation held in North Waziristan District where forces effectively engaged terrorists’ site. A militants identified as Inamullah was killed.

Weapons, ammunition, and explosives were also recovered from the killed terrorists, who remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities against the security forces as well as innocent civilians. Forces also carried out sanitisation operation to eliminate terrorist found in the area.
