NFL tight ends showcased their impersonation skills at Tight End University (TEU), an annual gathering honoring players of the position.
During the event, attendees paid tribute to one of TEU's founders, Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs, by offering their own impersonations of the star player in a video posted on the NFL's Instagram account.
“Alright now,” Dallas Goedert of the Philadelphia Eagles said, referencing Kelce's trademarked phrase, while the San Francisco 49ers’ George Kittle also offered his rendition.
Meanwhile, other athletes channeled the podcaster in other ways.
“New news!” Pharaoh Brown, of the Seattle Seahawks, shouted, in reference to a popular segment of each New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce episode.
“Hey Taylor, how you doin’?” the Eagles’ C.J. Uzomah joked to the camera, referencing Kelce’s girlfriend Taylor Swift.
Kelce, Kittle, and Greg Olsen's annual event commenced its fourth year on Monday, June 17, in Nashville, Tennessee. The event's official Instagram page provided fans with insights into the first day's activities, which featured a welcoming ceremony and luxurious gift bags for participants.
"Bear hugs only — tight end style," the caption of the video read.
