LONDON – The Consulate General of Pakistan in Manchester, UK, offers services of issuances of Smart National Identity Card for overseas Pakistanis to the nationals residing in Britain.
Children of Pakistani nationals or dual-nationality holders are also eligible for applying this card, which offers valuable benefits and incentives to the card holders.
Applicants planning to visit NADRA offices in Manchester are required to book an appointment prior to their visit for processing of NICOP applications.

The consulate in Manchester announced the new fee structure for Nadra cards, including NICOP, in December 2022 and it is applicable till now.
Following is fee structure with effect from December 2022:

All Fees mentioned above include £1.50 bank surcharge and £10 Delivery Charges for NADRA, per application being charged for consular services at Consulate General of Pakistan Manchester.
