Fairway appoints new president for coaching platform

“Currently, Carrie’s primary focus lies in fostering growth within Fairway,” the Texas-based company said. “She is committed to refining and developing programs that encourage connections among the Fairway teammates, helping them to expand their businesses and enrich their lives. Carrie continues to mentor and guide coaches, providing ongoing coaching to executives and top producers within the organization.”

Guarrero has extensive experience in coaching and training within the mortgage and real estate industries. She launched her first coaching and training company in 2007 after participating in various programs since 1998. Except for 2013 and 2014 when she was fully committed to coaching, Guarrero has consistently been a top producing loan officer.

Before joining Fairway, Guarrero held leadership roles at Time to Get Canned, GCS Title, GET REAL, Rewire Inc., and Cornerstone Mortgage. In 2017 at Fairway, she served as executive vice president of sales and mentor coach, before being promoted to EVP communications advisor in 2022.

“Carrie has been an invaluable member of our team for years, demonstrating exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and dedication,” said Austin Larr, CEO of Fairway Ignite. “In her new role as president, Carrie will continue to drive Ignite forward, leading with innovation, integrity, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.”
