LAHORE – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Nawaz Sharif met with Director General of the Walled City of Lahore, Kamran Lashari.
During the meeting held at Jati Umra, Raiwind, a detailed discussion took place on the restoration of ancient and historical buildings of inner Lahore.
Nawaz Sharif appreciated the services and professional expertise of the Walled City Authority in restoring the historical significance of inner Lahore.
DG Walled City Kamran Lashari briefed the PML-N president on the ongoing projects for the restoration of historical buildings.
He also informed him about the restoration of Shahi Qila (Royal Fort) and the ancient gates of Lahore.
It was agreed in the meeting to continue the restoration process of Lahore’s magnificent historical buildings.
