ISLAMABAD – The federal government on Thursday appointed renowned mountaineer Naila Kiani as the Goodwill Ambassador for girls’ education.
Naila Kiani said that being appointed as the Goodwill Ambassador for women’s education is an honor, and education is the only path to progress.
It is worth noting that Naila Kiani is the only Pakistani woman to have climbed 11 peaks higher than 8,000 meters.
