NAB raids Bahria Town Rawalpindi office for Al-Qadir Trust land documents

A 16-member team from the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) conducted a raid on the corporate office of Bahria Town in Rawalpindi on Tuesday, Express News reported.

According to sources, the operation aimed to obtain documents related to the Al-Qadir University land. The NAB team confiscated some records during the raid.

The office was surrounded by NAB and police personnel, with Islamabad Police deployed outside the premises. The NAB team searched for nearly 1.5 hours before sealing corporate head office one and two, along with the chief executive office and the complaints office.

Reacting to the raid, Bahria Town Chairman Malik Riaz shared CCTV footage of the operation on his X account, stating, “No matter how much oppression is inflicted upon me, I will never become an approver.”
